Hi, I am Jenny. Its so nice to meet you! I know how hard it can be to find a new hair stylist, so I am super excited you are here. Let's get those first date jitters out of the way! Your experience will begin with a digital consultation. This will help us to get to know each other a little bit & help schedule your first service. I will have you send me current photos of your hair & inspiration photos. From there we will set up your first appointment. I will take a deposit to hold your appointment time, but no worries...it is credited back at your service! You'll get an email from me with all the little details to ensure you arrive easily!
The day of your appointment it is best to have hair that was washed 24-48 hours prior. When you arrive you will park in the Pinnacle Parking garage behind Novak off Jennings Ave. You'll be greeted by the friendliest faces when you enter and be offered a complimentary beverage or snack while you wait.
Once we are in my suite we will do a consultation and discuss your lifestyle and come up with a plan for that day and our future services together!
One of the best parts of your visit into the salon would have to be the Novak Shampoo Experience. Our shampoo techs are trained to give you the ultimate relaxing shampoo and scalp massage.
When I style your hair I will give you a quick tutorial so you can achieve the same look at home! We will discuss my product recommendation to help keep your hair healthy & color fresh looking.
We will finish with a little photo shoot. I will guide you on how to stand and hold your body to get a few good photos of your gorgeous new look!
